Order Processing & Shipping Timeline Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days following payment confirmation.The processing period includes order preparation, quality control, and packaging. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, shipment tracking details will be provided to the customer via email or text message. 

Orders with a total value of TRY 3,000 and above qualify for free shipping, covered by our company. For orders below TRY 3,000, shipping fees are determined in accordance with the shipping carrier’s current pricing policy and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.Shipping fee practices may be subject to change based on updates to the carrier’s pricing policies.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotional campaigns, for made-to-order items, or due to operational circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

Delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our responsibility.
